**Schedule** - Full Time Variable, Evenings preferred **Join Rady Children's Lab Team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Generalist with Hematology & Blood Bank Expertise!** Rady Children's is seeking a **versatile and motivated CLS** to support our mission of delivering exceptional pediatric care through precision diagnostics. We're looking for a **generalist** with strong skills in **Hematology and Blood Bank** , and the flexibility to assist in **Microbiology and Chemistry** as needed. In this high-impact role, you'll perform a variety of **high-complexity clinical tests** that directly support patient outcomes. Responsibilities include: + Conducting diagnostic testing across multiple disciplines with accuracy and efficiency + Performing **quality control** , **preventive maintenance** , and **test validation** + Reviewing and reporting results in compliance with lab and regulatory standards + Maintaining current knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and proceduresIf you're passionate about pediatric healthcare and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced lab environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Help us make a difference-one test at a time. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for a variety of high-complexity, clinical laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Blood Bank. Perform QC/QA procedures, preventive maintenance, and test validation. Review and report test results in accordance with laboratory standards. Maintain working knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience CA Clinical Lab Scientist Licensure PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years of experience The Culture at Rady Children's Rady Children's is a place where everyone CARES about everyone else. The current salary range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35 Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable. The range listed above does not represent the full salary range for the position but is the expected hiring range for qualified candidates.
