Responsibilities: • Repair Excellence: Accurately diagnose and repair cell phone issues with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive experience. • Sales and Upselling: Show a willingness to promote and sell additional products or services, contributing to the growth of our business. • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to maintain a collaborative environment that supports shared goals and values. Qualifications: • We prefer candidates with proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field, but we are willing to train the right individual.  • A strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology are essential.  • Excellent customer service skills are required, with a focus on creating positive interactions.  • Candidates should be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a high level of execution in all tasks.  • We value humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
