As a
Caregiver at
Lakeside Generation Assisted Living , you will help maintain the highest standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking individuals who are team players and are also comfortable working independently.
Position Type: On-Call
Shift Differential :
Evenings $1.00
Wage Range : $17.50 - $23.55 /hour depending on experience
Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325
Caregiver responsibilities:
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
- Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
- Document services performed on computerized charting system.
- Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
- Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Caregiver Qualifications: - Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred. We'll train you!
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Standing and walking most of the time.
