Job Description

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst position for our client in Waltham, MA.

Duration: 6 months

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN, UML, or flowcharts.

• Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making.

• Identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

• Proficient in process modeling and visualization tools.

• Experience with data analysis and BI platforms.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Previous business analysis or process improvement experience.

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and BI reporting tools preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
