Salary Range: $17 per hour
Shift: AM (7AM -3:30) / 2 days a week

If Yes, How You Will Contribute To The Team
As a Behavioral Specialist , you will serve on a clinical interdisciplinary team to represent and advocate for each participant's behavioral health needs. You will be responsible for assisting residents on a daily basis and delivering effective behavioral health interventions. You will conduct thorough behavioral health assessments and arrange necessary services. Additionally, you will train staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Must Have
1 year of experience working with individuals in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.
Strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.
Nice To Have
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
Additional certifications in behavioral health or therapeutic interventions.
