Job Description

A well-established Pasadena law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join their team, specializing in Class Action Plaintiff representation for Wage and Hour/PAGA matters.

 

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent plaintiffs in Wage and Hour and PAGA Class Actions
  • Take PMK and other depositions
  • Handle complex employment litigation matters
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategies

 

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Proven experience in Wage and Hour and PAGA Class Actions
  • Proficiency in taking PMK and other depositions
