GPTech is preparing a response to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide comprehensive architect and engineering services. The MATOC will support a range of U.S. Government facility and infrastructure projects over a five-year base period, with a shared $500 million capacity across all awardees.
This MATOC will involve planning, design, and construction-phase services for new construction, renovation, and site development projects within the USACE area of responsibility. Facility types include administrative buildings, training centers, warehouses, vehicle maintenance facilities, child development centers, airfield infrastructure, and physical fitness facilities.
We are seeking experienced and credentialed professionals in architectural and planning disciplines to support our proposal and future task orders. Specific design services under this MATOC may include:
- full designs for design-bid-build projects,
- design-Build RFP preparation,
- BIM and energy modeling,
- site investigations and permitting,
- master planning and NEPA documentation, and
- LEED certification and sustainability documentation.
The following positions are needed to support the anticipated scope of work:
- Registered Architect.
- Registered Landscape Architect.
- Certified Interior Designer ( NCIDQ -certified, licensed interior designer, or licensed architect with interior design credentials).
- Urban Planner (AICP certified).
- LEED Certification Consultant (LEED AP BD+C).
These roles will support high-visibility, federal projects in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Selected candidates may be included in subsequent proposal submittals (via the SF330 process) and considered for follow-on work under awarded task orders. Preference will be given to professionals with prior USACE experience, strong familiarity with Department of Defense standards, and demonstrated history of project delivery on similar contracts.
