We are currently looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician.

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Apprentice Electrician who is committed to learning and progressing in their career. The selected candidate will work alongside experienced electricians to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a certified electrician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for the electrical industry. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment

- Running wiring, conduit and piping for electrical systems

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine work required

- Troubleshooting electrical systems and making necessary repairs

- Ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes

- Keeping work areas clean and organized

- Learning and following all safety procedures and guidelines

 

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Enrolment in an Electrical Apprenticeship Program is an asset

- Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
