Appointment Setter (Remote – US-Based Only)
Company: Lend Home Improvements – Home Improvement Financial Lending
Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)
Schedule: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (option to extend to 3:00 PM with a lunch break)
Pay: $20/hr with potential commission

Lend Home Improvements is a leading financial lending platform in the home improvement space. We partner with contractors nationwide to provide streamlined financing options for their customers. Our Appointment Setters are the first point of contact in our sales pipeline and play a crucial role in driving dealer sign-ups and supporting the activation process.

Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will connect with outbound leads for qualifying contractors, schedule product demos, and ensure prospects are prepared for conversations with our sales team. You’ll serve as a key contributor in the early stages of our sales cycle and help create strong, professional first impressions of Lend Home Improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to contractor leads and conduct initial qualification
  • Schedule product demos for the sales team
  • Prepare prospects for upcoming conversations with sales representatives
  • Accurately log interactions and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Maintain consistent daily call activity (minimum 6 hours of calling)
  • Support dealer sign-up and activation processes through effective communication
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of appointment setting and/or telemarketing experience
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Background in collections is a bonus
  • Strong CRM navigation skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple digital tools
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Must provide your own equipment (computer, headset, reliable internet)
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Must be located in the United States
