Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and support long-term growth. This position requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and client relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage advertising campaigns tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends.
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, providing consistent support and updates.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and present campaign results to clients and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in advertising, account management, or related roles preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in market analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
